Found this guys site today: http://tesladownunder.com/ An interesting hobby, wish I could find the time to play with 500000V and take amazing pics of it. Looks like he's dabbled in lots of crazy things like solid state tesla coils, vacuum tube based coils, solar powered cars, rail guns, magnetic levitation, magnetohydrodynamic drives, ferrofluid, aerogel, nitrogen lasers, mirror galvenometers, hand powered coil gun, spud guns and even can cruising using magnetic induction!
