How to download .flv files from websites using Replay Media Catcher

First download Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm)

After you have downloaded the file, run through the installation.

Once it has installed, select “Start Recording” at the bottom left of the program.

Now in your browser, open the page with the file in it you want, hover your mouse onto the Embedded FLV, and play the video.

Replay Media Catcher will now start downloading the .flv file to your hard drive.

FLV (Flash Video) is a proprietary file format (.flv) used to deliver video over the Internet using Adobe Flash Player. Notable users of the Embedded FLV (Flash Video) include YouTube, Google Video, Myspace, Metacafe, Dailymotion, iFilm and etc.
